用途与特点
本公司生产的振动磨广泛应用于硅酸盐、耐火材料、建材、药物、化工、无线电、粉末冶金、钨业、磁性
材料、轻工等工业部门料磨石英、石墨、蜡石、高岭土、涂料、玻璃料及其它矿物料和非金属材料等。是一种
高效率细磨和超经磨设备。它不仅能用于粉磨物料,而且还能有效地做混合机使用。特别是MZ-200、MZ-840
振动磨对物料的超细粉磨与易氧化物料采用惰性气体保护尤能显示优点。
单筒式振动磨为间歇式振动磨,可用于湿法和干法粉磨。
双筒式振动磨主要用于连续粉磨场合,可用于湿法和干法粉磨。
筒体内壁可直接衬贴橡胶,也可以加衬金属或其它材质衬板。
根据需要可采用合金钢质、瓷质或其它村质的磨介。
粉磨能力持性
根据进、出料粒度的要求不同,粉磨工艺过程区分为细磨与超细磨段。
所谓细磨是指进料粒度为1-2mm,以处理得到200-300目料体为目的的粉磨过程。
超细粉磨是指进料粒度小于0.85mm,以处理得到小于28μm粉体产物为目的的粉磨过程。

Use&Feature
The vibration mill produced
by us is widely used in silicate,refractory,building chemistry,radio,powder
metallurgy, tungster, magnetic material industry or light
industry as well as in milling quartz, graphite,limestone,
wax stone, kaolin, coating, glass material and other mineral
materials and non-metallic materials etc.It's an effective
equipment of fine or ultra-fine milling. It's ont only
used in milling materials but also used as a mixer blender
availably. Especially, the MZ-200, MZ-840 vibration mill
is more advantaged in ultra-fine milling and in milling
easily oxidizable materials adopted protect 1by
inert gasses.
Single tube vibration mill is an intermittent one. It
can be used for wet or dry milling.
Double tube vibration mill is mainly used in continuous
milling. It can be used for wet or dry milling.
Rubber and metal or other materials plate are sticked
inside tube.
It also can adopt milling medium of alloy steel, porcelain
medium or other materials medium according to the requirement.
The Charactristics of Milling
As the different requirement of
feed grain size and outgoing grain size, the milling procedure
is divided into two stages: fine milling and ultra-fine
milling.
The first one is the procedure that the feed grain size
is 1-2mm and getting ghe powder of 200-300mesh.
The second one is the procedure that the feed grain
size is smaller than 0.85mm and
getting powder of 28μm.
